Our service is designed for people with limited time, knowledge or experience needed to invest in property.

This service is for you if...

• You don't have the time to search the market, run the numbers, go on viewings and put in offers for all your potential property deals. Maybe you work long hours in your job or just want to spend more time with friends and family instead.

• You want access to off-market deals in your investment area. These are properties that are not listed on your typical portals like Rightmove and Zoopla.

• You live further away from your investment area and want to work with someone who has a strong knowledge of the area, know where the investment hotspots are and has connections to agents, brokers and trades people in the area.

• You have savings sat in the bank providing very low returns. You are worried that high inflation is devaluing your money and you want to invest that money into a cash flowing asset that appreciates in value over time.

What we do...

• Work with you to understand your criteria and then go out and analyse, view, offer and negotiate on deals in our pipeline that tick all your boxes and makes a great investment according to our investment criteria. Our criteria can be found in our investor's guide above.

• We will send over a comprehensive brochure with full detail on a property, the numbers and the justification behind the numbers. You will then decide whether or not to move forward with that property.

• During the conveyancing process, we will communicate effectively with brokers, solicitors and yourself to ensure a smooth process to reach completion.

• Once you have the keys, we communicate with trusted letting agents in the area to get your property rented out to a great tenant.

Discovery Call

In this initial call, we get to find out about who you are, what you want to achieve in property and if we can help you get there.

Conveyancing

We help make the legal process as smooth as possible for you. Leveraging our team of mortgage brokers and solicitors, the property will be yours as quickly as possible.

Consultation Call

During this call we will establish your property criteria. If we have a suitable deal secured, you can move forward with that. If not, we will go out and find a property for you to move forward with.

Renting Out

After any refurbishment is carried out on the property, using our knowledge of lettings agents in the area, we help you rent out your property to great tenants.
